OUR MISSION

In late July, our dad came to us with an idea. He wanted to make a difference in the 2020 elections, and he wanted our help. The idea was this: we would research congressional races across the country and choose 31 for our dad to then promote on his Twitter. We made our choices based on the competitiveness of the race, the merit of the Democratic candidate, the fitness of the Republican candidate, and the importance of the seat. Each day in August, we would select a candidate and write a tweet. Our dad would donate $500 and encourage his followers to lend support and donate whatever they can. The idea formed into a project we titled "housework2020." And so far, housework2020 has gone extremely well! We've raised thousands upon thousands of dollars for some of the most exciting Democratic candidates in the country. Safe to say, we're optimistic for November. But as we're sure you all know by now, our dad likes to tweet. A lot. So much so that people often miss our housework2020 endorsements in the mix of the rest of his feed. This website houses all of our housework candidates under one roof, so you can find and donate to any of them. Our mission, ultimately, is to support Democratic candidates in worthy races.
